About the role As a Roster Coordinator at VMCH, you'll be responsible for creating and managing rosters that ensure clients receive high-quality care tailored to their needs.
You'll coordinate support worker availability, respond to service requests, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Team Leader and support staff, you'll help solve scheduling challenges, support business growth, and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities: Create and manage rosters that match client needs, preferences, and support worker locations.
Coordinate support worker availability and fill unallocated shifts promptly.
Support staff with client and shift queries and escalate issues as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service to clients and case managers.
About you Strong experience with rostering software applications Previous experience in the Aged and Community Care Proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules Commitment to exceptional customer service is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-developed organisational skills, with a strong capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial Current Police check required Why VMCH?
