Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Participating in a 2–3 year structured graduate program with rotations across various HYDAC departments.
Developing technical sales skills and soft skills as a graduate Sales Engineer.
Gaining exposure to a breadth of operational domains under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Completing 10 internal technical training courses at HYDAC's Training Centre.
Engaging in internal and external training, including field training and lunch and learn sessions.
Collaborating with teams across HYDAC Australia/New Zealand and globally.
Acquiring practical skills essential for success in the engineering sector.
About You
The ideal candidate is a recent engineering graduate prepared to begin a professional career.
Recent graduate in engineering.
Willingness to participate in department rotations and technical sales.
Commitment to developing technical proficiency, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Prepared to complete required internal technical training courses.
