The Evoenergy graduate program is a two-year opportunity for you to fast-track your career into the electricity distribution sector. You'll be offered industry-specific training, professional development, and networking opportunities as you consolidate the theory you've learned and put it into practice by working on real projects.
As a graduate, you'll work alongside experienced mentors, gaining hands-on experience, building technical expertise, and growing your professional confidence. You'll contribute to meaningful, real-world solutions that support and empower our community.

What you will have
Recently graduated (within the last 2 years), or graduating this year, with a bachelor's in electrical engineering, power systems engineering (or similar)
Previous experience working in a team-based role and/or evidence of teamwork outside of work (e.g., extra-curricular activities, sporting teams, social groups)
Safety front of mind and be passionate about driving positive safety behaviour
Alignment with our culture principles and behaviours
