Your role
As a graduate, you'll be a part of client-facing teams helping businesses change the way they work. They are looking for graduates to join them in the following roles:
Consultant – use consulting skills, business acumen, and technical knowledge to effectively implement technology into the client\'s business environment.
Developer – design, develop, and integrate solutions using future-looking technologies, techniques, and products their clients demand today.
Project Manager – ensures that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application solutions.
Data Scientist – Solves business problems by preparing, analyzing, and understanding data to deliver insights.
Test Specialist – design, build and execute testing as an integral part of delivering the right system to their clients and that it is built right.

They are currently searching for creative problem solvers and original thinkers to become their 2023 IBM Consulting Graduates. These are full-time permanent positions, based in Melbourne. They will have intakes early and mid-year 2023.

About you
What skills and experience do you need to be successful in this role?

For their technical roles, the following degrees are well-aligned: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, and other degrees with a technical focus.
