The Opportunity
12 Month max term full time contract in Leichhardt
As a Bank Reconciliation Officer at ForHealth, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions across all our Medical Centres throughout Australia. You will be responsible for reconciling bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial reporting processes.
This position is essential in maintaining trust with both our internal and external stakeholders by delivering reliable and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of bank statements and receipt journals
- Reconciliation of payments from PMS receipts versus bank statements
- Posting petty cash/other journals
- Management of shared mailed boxes
- Month end report
- Administration Duties

Experience & attributes
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
- Graduate/master's in accounting/finance
- Customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics
- Accounting, computer and administration skills
- Attention to details, thoroughness & time management
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
