
Psychosocial Implementation Business Partner

As the Psychosocial Implementation Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the roll out and development of Chisholm's psychosocial strategy.
- The development and implementation of Chisholm's Psychosocial compliance, and initiatives to continuously improve the health, safety and psychological outcomes for all Chisholm employees and students.
- The development and implementation of systems and initiatives to continuously improve health and psychological outcomes for all Chisholm employees and students, creating a culture that promotes accountability and values the health and psychosocial safety of our employees.
- Providing expert psychosocial safety advice and support Chisholm managers, including incident investigations, root cause analysis and follow-up support
- HSW audits, reporting and trend analysis to monitor and measure performance for improvement opportunities.
- The development and implementation of systems and initiatives to continuously improve HSW outcomes and create a culture that promotes accountability and values the wellbeing of our people
**ABOUT YOU**
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills and experience in implementing psychosocial safety programs or similar initiatives.
**Qualifications required for the role**:
- Relevant Degree and relevant post graduate qualification and experience in safety, psychology, or in a related discipline; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience with management expertise in occupational psychology or a relevant field
