Job Title: Psychosocial Implementation Business Partner

As a Business Partner for Psychosocial Implementation, your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing psychosocial strategies.
  • Establishing systems and initiatives to improve health and psychological outcomes for all employees and students, promoting accountability and prioritizing their well-being.
  • Providing expert advice on psychosocial safety, supporting managers in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up support.
  • Conducting HSW audits, reporting, and trend analysis to monitor and measure performance for improvement opportunities.
Key Qualifications

A relevant degree and postgraduate qualification in safety, psychology, or a related discipline, or extensive experience in occupational psychology or a related field is required.
