We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated _COMMUNITY WORKERS_ to join the team. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals in the community to improve their quality of life, maintain independence, and access essential services.

**JOB LOCATION**: Wollongong

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered support to clients in their homes and community
- Assist with daily living activities and transport
- Coordinate access to healthcare and social services
- Work collaboratively with families, case workers, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Relevant qualifications in community services, aged care, or similar (Certificate III/IV preferred)
- At least 5 years experience as a Community Worker
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- A genuine passion for community care and helping others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid Driver's License
