Disability Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Melbourne team as Disability Support Workers in the community.

About the Role

As a support worker, you will provide assistance with personal care activities, mobility, and daily tasks for clients living at home in surrounding suburbs. You will work collaboratively with other support networks to empower clients to make choices and achieve their goals.

Key skills and qualifications required include strong communication skills, both verbal and written, a customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently and effectively manage time. A genuine desire to join a team committed to the care of others is also essential.
