Johnny H's Varsity Lakes Head Office is currently looking for an experienced individual to look after the day to day office management and accounts for the business.

We offer support and community activities including interstate and overseas travel to young adults with a mild to moderate intellectual disability.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Administrative support for our Executive team, including General Manager Human Resources and Managing Director - diary management, travel bookings etc

Responsible for the following facets of the accounting process including but not limited to AP, AR, Cash flow and Payroll for 50 staff on a fortnightly basis.

Receipting and invoicing as required..

Responsible for Award based payroll for our team located across 4 different locations.

Comfortable in a dynamic and busy environment assisting our clients, and the team in all aspects of the business

Ensuring highest quality of service is delivered at all times to all stakeholders both face to face and over the phone.

**The successful applicant will have**:
Administrative and accounts experience from a previous similar role; working with Award based payroll or similiar would be advantageous

Interest in embracing new trends to streamline processes

Highly developed interpersonal and administrative skills

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Ability to be part of a team that strives for Best Practice in our sector

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 -25 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
