Our global client is a market leader in manufacturing automotive parts and accessories for the industrial trailer, caravan and RV Markets within Australia and NZ
**About the Role**
Working closely with the GM - People, Culture & Safety and the Executive Team, you will be an integral part of the P&C team Great opportunity to expand your skills/knowledge and move more into the HR space. With end to end processing of the payroll our client is happy to train on the HR duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- PAYROLL_
- Full responsibility of the payroll of x 80 employees. Weekly & monthly pay runs (Pronto an advantage but will train) End to end functions.
- HR (Will train)_
- Coordinating workcover claims/Return to Work
- HR and Safety admin support
- Reporting and analysis
- Maintaining employee files, contracts
**On Offer**
- Full Time permanent position
- Hours: 38 hour week (8.00- 4.30 or 8.30 - 5.00 Friday's 8-2 or 8.30-2.30)
- Based FULL TIME **ON SITE **at Dandenong South (head office)

**About You**
- End to end payroll experience
- Strong communication skills and can build rapport at all levels
- Open and collaborative
- Excellent computer and administration skills - Intermediate MS Office and Payroll systems (Pronto an advantage)
