In this key role, you'll help drive operational efficiency by coordinating technician schedules, managing customer communications, and supporting service operations.
Your efforts will ensure a seamless experience for both our internal teams and valued customers.THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITYTo ensure the efficient delivery of Planned Maintenance services by coordinating schedules, resources, and communications.
The role focuses on maintaining compliance, maximizing technician productivity, and providing a seamless customer experience through proactive planning and effective stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and schedule all Planned Maintenance activities monthly, allocating work to resources and prioritising safety, compliance, and customer requests.Communicate with customers and stakeholders by providing ETAs, attendance details, and managing rescheduling or absenteeism promptly.Monitor technician progress, ensure accurate and complete data in ServiceMax, manage revisits, and drive backlog reduction by scheduling recovery work.Collaborate with Field and State Service Managers to review technician and subcontractor performance, identify training needs and document non-standard events.Support interdepartmental communication between Service, Sales, and Technical Support, handle related administrative duties, and prepare maintenance reports as required.Skills and QualificationsExperience in administration or scheduling of a field-based workforceExperience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environmentStrong administrative and coordination skillsAdvanced computer literacy, ideally with service software (e.g., ServiceMax)Excellent communication and customer etiquetteAbility to work under pressure and manage competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-interaction team environmentWhat you can trust in: A fulfilling workplaceAccess to discounted Health Insurance.Peer to Peer Recognition via our "AAA" Nominations and awardsWellbeing Committee with pillars focusing on Mental Health, Community Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Social & Amenities.Empowering Wellness: Every Employee has access to a WhereFit membership, with discounts for gym memberships, apparel, and more.If you are looking for a role and workplace that matches your ambitions, we want to hear from you
