As our new Lifecycle Service Operations Manager, you will provide technical service and support to the Australian DeltaV customers based locally in WA / NT region and throughout Australia and New Zealand.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will :Coordinate contract personnel on-site where appropriateProvide phone support for DeltaV clientsWin customers' confidence through excellent serviceCustomer site work may require periods of 2-3 weeks onshore and offshore, away from homeBe part of the on-call roster onshore and offshoreUndertake or advance technical investigations in response to customer requirementsDevelop and compile high-quality technical investigation reportsProvide technical advice to customers, arranging follow-up on more difficult mattersWork on larger DeltaV implementation projects if requiredDeliver system and software upgrades and configuration, often on-site with existing clientsSupport other Emerson service branches as requiredFollow the Service Management Office (SMO) operating procedures and templates or the Project Management Office (PMO) for applicable work scopeUpdate technical knowledge about product lines through own initiatives and company-sponsored trainingMaintain appropriate documentation for all service or project-related tasks and submit in a timely mannerWho You AreYou establish and maintain effective customer relationships, providing timely and helpful information across the organization.
