Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Service Engineer to provide technical service and support to our valued customers across Australia and New Zealand.
- Co-ordinate on-site personnel as required
- Provide phone support for clients, ensuring timely and helpful assistance
- Establish strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery
- Engage in customer site work, with potential periods away from home
- Participate in on-call rosters, both onshore and offshore
As part of our team, you will undertake technical investigations, develop high-quality reports, and provide expert advice to customers. Your skills in system upgrades, configuration, and software management will be valuable assets to our organisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Onsite technical maintenance experience on DCS systems (DeltaV preferred)
- Relevant engineering degree, trade certificate, or equivalent qualification
- Proven diagnostic and problem analysis skills, with expertise in DCS hardware, software, installation, configuration, integration, and application enquiries
- Ability to fault-find, perform minor upgrades, general repairs, and maintenance
