**Program Officer**
- Pay Rate: $45 - $55 per hour + super
- Immediate start - 35 hrs per week - 7 hrs per day
- Initial contract through to 30/08/24 with possible extension
- NSW based - Open to discussion to work remotely - Hybrid

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with systems and the reporting team.
- Utilise SmartyGrants, Smartsheet and data tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Communicate with stakeholders and give access to the systems.
- Uphold the quality, efficiency and efficacy of the grant program.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Exposure to grants within a government sector is desirable.
- Proven experience with data analysis and system administration is a must.
- Familiarity with SmartyGrants, Smartsheet and data tools such as Excel.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with mínimal direct supervision.
