We are seeking an experienced Program Officer to support the Program Director and Project Managers in the preparation of program and project artefacts. Excellent opportunity to work with government organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Program Director and Project Managers in the preparation of program and project artefacts
- Maintaining program risk and issues registers
- Supporting program financial reporting and forecasting, including compiling information regarding monthly accruals
- Preparing procurement documentation and coordinating the procurement process with internal stakeholders
- Supporting engagement and liaison activities with key external stakeholder groups
- Doing program
- and project-related administration, including booking meetings, preparing briefing notes, and taking meeting minutes

**Skills required**:

- Highly developed organisational skills.
- Great understanding of project and program reporting requirements and solid report and brief writing skills.
- Solid understanding of project risk, issue, cost and schedule management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous project and program coordination experience.

This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney and Australian citizenship is a requirement.
