Classes are Mon-Thurs, 4pm - 9:30pm

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A **minimum** of 1 year (840 hours) teaching IELTS preparation in a classroom setting in the past four years is **essential**.
- **Demonstrated** success with students having achieved their objectives in a formal mock-test simulation is **essential**.
- A completed bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary education is **essential**.
- A recognised TESOL qualification, like CELTA, Cert IV TESOL, or Post Grad in TESOL is **essential**.
- Experience using database style systems to record student outcomes is **desirable**.

**Requirements of the Position**
- **Develop and deliver** English language lessons up to 20 hours per week face to face using flexible methodologies catering to the proficiency levels and individual learning needs of international students.
- Proactively **reflect** on delivery and outcomes of teaching, **engage** in professional development programs and **maintain** a professional portfolio.
- **Understand**, take responsibility for and **adhere to** the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
- **Create** a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active language acquisition.
- **Develop and deliver** weekly formative assessment tasks and record results of student academic outcomes, participation and engagement and provide constructive feedback to students.
- **Demonstrate** an attitude of collaboration.
