About the Role

We are inviting enthusiastic and motivated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) trainees to join our education teams in Queensland under a Training Visa. This structured program offers practical learning while gaining exposure to the Australian Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector.

This role is ideal for candidates open to relocating and looking to build their career in early childhood education with the possibility of long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support qualified ECTs and educators in planning and delivering learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Assist in daily routines, group activities, and individual learning support.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Contribute to observations, documentation, and assessments.
  • Build positive relationships with families and the community.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma or Bachelor's degree)
  • Strong interest in professional training and child development.
  • English language proficiency (minimum IELTS 5 or equivalent).
  • Open to relocation to Queensland, Australia.
