**Responsibilities**
- Deliver IELTS and PTE exam preparation lessons using flexible methodologies catering to the proficiency levels of international students.
- Understand and adhere to the ESOL National Code of Practice, SEH policies, and the ESOS Act.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active language acquisition.
- Regularly perform formative assessments as a part of your teaching and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop innovative teaching materials, resources, and assessments.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and academic staff on curriculum development.
- Stay abreast with contemporary language teaching methodologies.
- Handle classroom management efficiently, ensuring adherence to classroom policies.
- Complete administrative duties per regulatory standards.
- Professionally manage student feedback, complaints, and appeals.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary education.
- Recognized TESOL qualification, such as CELTA, Cert IV TESOL, or Post Grad in TESOL.
- Proven experience teaching English to international students in a classroom environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- A growth mindset, professionalism, and passion for teaching.
