We are looking for an experiencedPolisher & Support Technicianto join the team within Richemont Oceania.
The Polisher & Support Technician will support technical operations for all types of product repairs: watches, jewelry, LLPE (Leather goods, Lighters, Pens, and Eyewear), ensuring excellence in execution to meet service standards (lead time and quality) of the Maisons.

How will you make an impact?
Technical interventions
Polishing and cleaning for watches and jewelry
Engraving of pens, jewelry, and watches
Quality checks on all products after interventions
Completion of all assigned jobs daily
Dismantling and preparation of watches
Work environment
Ensure cleanliness of the work area
Maintain tools and equipment
Ensure proper chemical use and storage in line with health & safety guidelines
Provide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas to management
Key Performance Indicators
Lead time performance (dismantling, polishing, engraving)
Repair quality / guarantee
Key relationships
Strong reporting line to supervisor
Collaboration with Technical and Administrative teams
How will you experience success with us?
Secondary school education or higher
2 years relevant experience in luxury watches preferred, but motivated beginners are welcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications; computer savvy
Hands-on experience in polishing watches and jewelry
Positive attitude and mindset
Ability to work independently and organize oneself
