Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to lead and manage our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.

  • This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, with experience in facilities or property management.
, Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a small team to deliver day-to-day operations and meet our requirements.

They will also contribute to a range of our property functions, including strategy, coordination and planning. Experience in estate or accommodation planning, construction project management, government or commercial leasing, delivering building infrastructure upgrade or asset replacement projects, coordinating facilities operations and services, overseeing complex infrastructure/property management systems is desirable but not essential.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An understanding of (or a willingness to learn) the technical aspects of running a facility, including legislative and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to support day-to-day business operations, maintenance and compliance measures.
  • The ability to ensure efficient operation of building infrastructure and mitigate risk.
  • A willingness to learn and adhere to our Security practices.
  • Excellent customer relations and client focus capabilities and a commitment to building a supportive and collegiate work environment.
  • A willingness to contribute to our internal transformation program.
  • Strong organisation, motivation, responsiveness and resilience.
