The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in the Facilities Services Branch. This role will involve managing a range of essential services that support our mission, including corporate accommodation portfolios, construction programs, office design, facilities maintenance, and specialist advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Director (AEE2) in Facilities, you will lead a team and be responsible for:
    • Strategic management of facilities estates;
    • Program and project management related to facility construction and fitout;
    • Trades-related activities, including mechanical, electrical, and engineering services;
  • As an Assistant Director (AEE1) in Facilities, you will:
    • Lead and manage a small team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
    • Contribute across a range of property functions, including strategy, coordination, and planning;
Requirements
  • Excellent customer relations and client focus capabilities;
  • A willingness to learn and adhere to our Security practices;
  • An understanding of legislative and compliance requirements related to running facilities;
  • Strong organisation, motivation, responsiveness, and resilience;
  • Ability to make sound judgments and exercise discretion.
