We have an excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to join one of our clients on a contract opportunity in Brisbane, QLD.

This role will be focused on creating a transformative educational journey, with a central function to design, lead, and manage initiatives focused on bolstering the proficiency, knowledge base, and capability of staff.

**About the role**:

- Coach and lead a team responsible for developing and implementing an education program (s) that embraces best practice and contemporary strategies and sets the bar for education activities across our client's transformation initiatives with a focus on developing education programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job functions effectively.
- Identify, partner with, and provide advice to key program stakeholders through the design and development of said education programs.
- Work with Change Managers to leverage monthly change impact heat maps to provide insights and guide decision-making and maintain an overarching view of program education activity across the organization.
- Analyse data to identify trends and issues and interpret to make recommendations for improvements.

**Key requirements**:

- Strong facilitation, mediation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in leading complex and/or large-scale change programs and projects - transformation risk program experience is desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of all facets of training including design, development, and complex delivery schedule management.
- Experience using digital/virtual platforms for the delivery of learning.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, influencing, and coaching teams.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate at all levels in the organisation.
- Must be located in Brisbane, QLD.
