**Your New Role**
In your new role as Operations Support Specialist, you'll use your superannuation client service expertise and project management skills to manage end-to-end the operational delivery of statements across Managed Fund, Superannuation and Pension products. You'll successfully develop and execute the statement delivery plan ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to uplift the statement process and champion the voice of the customer.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Leading the statement delivery processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
- Manage and execute statement development, testing and delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance processes for improved member experience and increased efficiency.
- Own and deliver on projects and provide regular and effective management reporting.
**About You**
You're an experienced Operations specialist or Business Analyst who is extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail. You're adept at coordinating and prioritising projects with multiple stakeholders and thrive on process improvement. If you have all, or most of the following, we'd love to hear from you:
- 3-5 years' experience in superannuation/insurance client service and administration preferably from a project management or business analyst background
- Knowledge of superannuation and managed fund administration systems, processes and regulations
- Experience in data analysis and management reporting with demonstrable strong excel skills
- Relevant qualifications (RG146 or Diploma of Financial Services desirable)
