This fixed-term contract is based in Sydney (George Street) and offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering extraordinary results while balancing work and life with our flexible approach. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with Business Development Managers, providing actionable insights and shared strategies that enhance their ability to influence retailer behaviour, drive customer satisfaction, and improve revenue performance across their territory.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to provide insights and strategies that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Offer ad-hoc support to retailers and internal teams, assisting with materials or other requirements of our organisation.
- Regularly monitor fundamental competencies, including but not limited to, retailer training completion, attendance at mandatory events, formal record-keeping of outlet standards improvement plans, and supporting individual retailers as they remedy any non-compliance measures.
- Collaborate with other Retail Operations Support Specialists to identify common trends and operational issues affecting retailers.
- Maintain effective communication channels with franchisees, fostering alignment and collaboration with internal stakeholders across departments such as Warehouse and Distribution, Marketing, Training, Franchise Contract Management, and Contact Centre.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster collaboration among franchisees, sharing best practices, operational insights, and success stories through virtual platforms. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of operational support processes through virtual feedback, suggestions, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operations support or a related field, familiarity with virtual support methods, and proficiency in compliance requirements, industry standards, and best practices within highly regulated industries.
