**_ The Role_**

We are currently seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our busy Credit team located at our Forrestfield Branch. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

- Receipt and allocate payments accurately
- Working with internal and external customers to facilitate the resolution of account discrepancies and disputes.
- Assisting the Credit Controller in the collection of overdue accounts
- Working with customers when they have exceeded their account credit limit.
- Processing credit card payments
- Assist with month end processing and reporting
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Provide back up to other finance and administrative roles, as and when required.

About You_**

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

- Demonstrated experience in administration and/ or accounts
- Intermediate - proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Natural ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff and management
- Outstanding customer service with a strong focus on sustaining and growing business
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to multi task and prioritise your daily responsibilities
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
