As a General Manager, Australia, you will be responsible for day-to-day country management, the achievement of country goals, and collaborating with operations, program management, technology, industry relations, finance, tax, people & culture, business development, facilities, etc. You will also play a key role in coaching and empowering teams toward higher levels of performance.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day country management, collaborating with multiple functions within the country framework to include operations, program management, technology, industry relations, finance, tax, people & culture, business development, facilities, etc.
- Provide direction, empower, and coach teams toward higher levels of performance and making the difference in employee's experience at work
- Reach across functional boundaries to create alliances to further BCD's objectives and market position
- Lead country leadership team to achieve country goals, including growth through market share, profitability and a diversified portfolio of customers, service levels, budget and cost management, quality service, client retention, employee engagement and development, policy adherence etc.
- Serve as a champion to lead customer care vision and strategies that are highly agile and scalable
- Take a leadership role in customer negotiations to explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationship and coordinate sales, pricing, and implementation efforts
- Align with program management to develop strategic client business plans to establish and achieve the business objectives
- Propose solutions to solve business challenges and develop high-performing customer-centric team focused on delivering results and customer satisfaction
- Possess deep and broad industry knowledge to anticipate external conditions that could potentially affect BCD's future

**We're looking for you if your profile matches the following**:

- Minimum 15 years' experience of corporate travel experience with at least 8 years of proven experience in a management role
- University Degree in relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge of travel agency operations and global travel account management
