With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate **Dental Assistant/Receptionists** interested in working on a casual basis

The position is a casual role with a minimum of 3 days; Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays from 8:15am - 5:40pm. We are close to public transport, have off street parking available and are just across the street from Westfields

**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience working at a Dental practice highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
