**Days**: Mon - Friday (varying days)
**Pay**: $28-$35/hour (based on experience and abilities)

Are you a friendly, reliable, and capable dental assistant or receptionist looking to be part of a modern, supportive team? Mickleham Dental is seeking a part-time dental all-rounder to help us deliver exceptional care and patient experience in our fast-paced but welcoming dental clinic.

**About Us**

Mickleham Dental is a growing, patient-centered practice located in Tullamarine. We offer a full range of dental services (implants, same day CEREC crowns, etc) using modern equipment and Exact dental software, in a clean, well-organised clinic. We're a tight-knit team that supports each other and our patients every step of the way.

**Your Role Will Include**:
**Reception & Admin**:

- Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
- Processing payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Managing lab pickups/drop-offs and mail
- Supporting with general administrative duties as needed

**Chairside & Clinical**:

- Assisting dentists and hygienists during procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments (Steri)
- Keeping treatment rooms clean and well-stocked
- Helping patients feel informed, cared for, and comfortable

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of dental reception and/or assisting experience preferred
- Experience with Exact dental software highly regarded
- Cert III in Dental Assisting (Essential)
- Great multitasking and time-management skills
- A calm, friendly, professional manner - even under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Passion for excellent patient care

- Dental Assisting: 1 year (required)
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (required)
