Dental Assistant/Receptionist: Wanted ( Part-Time) in St Kilda, Melbourne.

**Role**

As our Dental Assistant, your role ensures the seamless operation of our dental practice. Your responsibilities include:

- Assisting dentists and dental hygienists during procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing dental instruments.
- Providing chairside support, including instrument handling, X-rays, and patient comfort.
- Updating electronic medical records and managing patient files.
- Managing patient reception, appointments, and calls.
- Coordinating patient flow in the reception area.
- Assisting with billing and insurance claims.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in dental procedures and terminology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfort with computer systems and dental software.
- Dedication to patient confidentiality and privacy.
