**Job Title: - Dental Receptionist**

At New Smiles Dental Clinic, we are looking for a motivated, hardworking & enthusiastic Receptionist for our dental practice in Preston, Vic. In this role, you will be vital to the ongoing success of the dental practice and have an opportunity to take your career to the next level.

We are located near the train station and there is parking on site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception duties including greeting patients, establishing relationships with our existing clients and presenting treatment plans following appointments
- Assisting dentist in all of chair-side dental procedures when required
- Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation
- Interacting with patients in a friendly and approachable manner
- Fostering professional relationships with dentists at the centre
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Administrative duties of document management, file management and referral coordination

- Hard working and motivated individual
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Excellent diary management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in EXACT software (preferable)
- Experience in processing payments using HICAPS & EFTPOS Machines
- Knowledge of Dental codes
- An ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment and have can-do attitude
- Impeccable attention to detail

**Salary**: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
