The Sustainability and Climate Change Reporting Advisory team is expanding, and we're looking for outstanding, innovative, and engaging professionals to join us — that's where you come in. Our team is proud to be at the forefront of one of the most critical and high-impact challenges of our time.

About Our Sustainability & Climate Change Team
Our highly diverse and multi-disciplinary team combines deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking, and data and technology to meet the equally diverse and fast-evolving needs of our clients. Our practice's experience and expertise spans Sustainability (or "ESG") Strategy, Impact Measurement, Climate Risk, Scenario Analysis, Financial Impacts and Reporting across a range local and global standards and frameworks including ISSB, CSRD, ASRS, TNFD and GRI, supporting complex and diverse reporting and advisory client engagements.
What will your typical day look like?
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our practice, specifically supporting a range of clients across diverse sectors to drive climate, sustainability and ESG transformation. In your role you will be part of a team delivering innovative solutions to clients with the opportunity to work closely with our local, regional and global teams. Every day you will develop your skills working with some of the most passionate people in the sustainability space.
You will be part of a leading practice working with the best clients with the guarantee of no day being the same. Your role will include:
Delivering sustainability engagements as part of a team, working closely with our clients across a diverse range of areas from strategy, reporting, GHG emissions, climate change, scenario analysis and social sustainability Supporting the development of innovative solutions leveraging data and technology and the best of Deloitte's global IP Building and maintaining client relationships Ultimately designing your own career path and making an impact that matters for our clients

You will bring a good understanding of climate, ESG and sustainability issues gained from your previous experience within a consulting (preferred) or complex corporate environment coupled with a strong passion to make a difference for our clients. Requisite:
Demonstrated relevant experience in the climate, ESG and sustainability fields working with clients in a consulting environment or delivering value for stakeholders in a complex corporate environment Understanding and experience in applying leading sustainability and climate frameworks including, some or all of the following: ISSB, ASRS, CSRD, TCFD, TNFD, GRI, SASB and NGER A degree in sustainability, environmental science, finance, law, economics, accounting, or a related field, coupled with a strong passion for applying your expertise to real-world client challenges Experience working in teams and building relationships with diverse stakeholders Passion to create a difference with ability to see the bigger picture while ensuring the detail is taken care of
