**The Role**:
We are seeking a Process Superintendent to work with our team at Mt Weld on an 8/6 roster. This role will fly in and fly out from Perth to Laverton. We are an inclusive team at Mt Weld and aim to provide training and guidance for our team members.

**As a highly valued member of the Lynas Rare Earths team, you will**:

- Develop high level and detailed project schedules.
- Review training plans and activities in conjunction with the Process Manager to ensure activities are delivered according to budget.
- Assist the Process Manager in identifying and implementing cost minimizing strategies.
- Provide relief for the Process Manager where required.
- Identify project opportunities and risks early and develop solutions that you will communicate early to key stakeholders.
- Completion of presentations including financial evaluations, risks and opportunities.
- Ensure the Mt Weld development program is achieved with regards to schedule and respect of legislation.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including all employees and customers.
- Actively participate in Safety Initiatives and contribute to the continuous Safety Improvement of the process team.
- Manage the performance of direct reports.
- Assist in the recruitment of relevant roles.
- Provide coaching and motivation for the process team.
- Provide relevant training and development to develop skills and capability within the process team.
- Ensure all direct reports understand their position purpose and key accountabilities

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Degree in Process engineering, Metallurgy or similar discipline
- Extensive mineral processing industry experience in a leadership role
- 10 Years in Mineral Processing including 5 years in Flotation
- Commissioning experience.
