We are seeking a strong leader for the role of Powerhouse Superintendent at our Pinjarra Refinery.

The Powerhouse Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the power station. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Environmental, Health and Safety performance in the area and among employees working in the powerhouse;
  • Being the first point of contact for various workgroups;
  • Budgeting and forecasting for operations;
  • Delivering capital and improvement projects;
  • Participating in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) performance and management meetings;
  • Liaising with stakeholders for onsite engineering support, supervision, and commissioning during major overhauls and critical activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a related field;
  • Strong technical knowledge of power generation and maintenance processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
