About the Business

Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The Plutonic Gold Mine produces 85koz of gold annually. The Company also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, the Company plans to bring three new mining areas at Plutonic into production.

The Role

Join the dynamic Processing team as a Project Superintendent at Catalyst Metals Owned Plutonic Gold Mine. The successful candidate will report to the Processing Manager working a 4 on / 3 off roster and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure upgrades to the Processing Plant and systems is accelerated.

This includes planning, procurement and contractor management along with ensuring the upgrades are executed safely, on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in operations and project management
  • Current Manual "C" Class Western Australian Drivers License.
  • Minimum 5 Years' Supervisory experience in similar role.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Sound level of knowledge in computer literacy, in particular Pronto and MS Office
  • High level knowledge of maintenance management systems and practices in a fixed plant processing environment
  • Effective time management.
  • Able to effectively allocate the organisation's resources to achieve business requirements.
  • Understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
