**Your Role**

This role is responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of worker, employer, provider scheme / contract debt recovery cases or third party wrong doer cases. The role is also responsible for contributing to the sustainability of the Return to Work Scheme in SA in line with contractual obligations.

**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Providing a high level of professional customer service to both internal and external clients;
- Working with internal clients to identify third party wrongdoer recovery potential and minimise the impact of overpayments to injured workers, employers or providers;
- Communicating with all relevant parties when unauthorised payments occur, providing technical assistance when required to reduce potential overpayments; and;
- Investigating potential recoveries and documenting outcomes, and commencing recoveries, where appropriate within agreed timeframes;
- Ensure outcomes are effectively communicated and actioned within specified timeframes;

**We're interested in hearing from people who possess**:

- Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Claims Management
- Have a sense of accountability and ownership, with a focus on quality
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within Workers Compensation or Public Liability/Third Party debt recovery will be held in high regards.
