At Pazar Grill, every meal is prepared from scratch, with herbs, spices, meats, and vegetables carefully crafted through a fusion of authentic Mediterranean flavours to deliver traditional regional dishes.
The menu features a wide variety of freshly prepared options, including grilled meats, seafood, and vegetarian dishes, designed to satisfy a diverse customer base.

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Chefs to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis, helping to maintain and enhance our high-quality culinary operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and present a wide range of dishes in line with the restaurant's menu.Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.Support menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and fresh ingredients.Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Assist in monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising wastage.Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support smooth operations during service.Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 2–3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Ability to prepare a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
