We're looking for hunters – ambitious, energetic salespeople who thrive on building new business, chasing down opportunities, and winning.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
You will actively drive growth–owning the sales cycle, and closing deals
Developing strong, long-term customer relationships across industrial and welding sectors
Your responsibility includes working closely with your branch teams and support network to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
Identifying new gas opportunities in collaboration with the BOC sales team
You will be providing expert advice and support to customers using your technical knowledge of Metal Fabrication processes and applications
Maintaining a strong commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm to people or the environment

You've proven your ability to grow business, ideally in technical or industrial environments
Understand the welding or gas industry (or have the aptitude to learn fast)
You're commercially savvy – you plan, problem-solve, and execute with confidence
