An excellent opportunity is available for a customer focused individual to join our team in East Vic Park as a **Service Receptionist/Bookings Clerk.**

We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years. We're one of Perth's biggest Toyota dealerships and proudly hold the title of the largest Toyota Genuine Parts dealer in Australia. Supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers, means there's always opportunities for career growth. **How you will make an impact**:

- Receiving and handling inbound calls, assisting with the enquiry where possible or transferring to the appropriate person
- Verifying all customer contact information for database accuracy
- Assisting in managing daily no shows and calling to re-book each day
- Providing administrative support to the department as needed

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy - MS Office
- Effective time management and the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
