**Hours**: 8 hours per week, typically Fridays

Tiger Pest and Weed Control is a trusted local business dedicated to providing top-notch pest and weed management services. We're looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our team and support our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking & Scheduling**: Efficiently manage bookings for pest control jobs and coordinate schedules for technicians.
- **Customer Service**: Handle incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Office Duties**: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., scheduling software, Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
