We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team.
If you have a passion for helping others and are looking to grow in a dynamic work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.The day-to-day:Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer serviceAnswer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities to upsell products and servicesAttending to Café OrdersOur perfect fit:Someone who has a high level of customer service and data entry experience, excellent presentation and clear communication skills.
You must be able to keep up to date with current class times across the Gymnastics and Aquatic programs and have an ability to provide information on our products and services.
Someone who is able to work across a 7-day roster within the times ofMonday - Friday 5:45am to 8:15pm andSaturday - Sunday 7:30am to 3:30pm on a casual basis.What you will need to be considered?
Exceptional customer service ability, both face to face and over the phoneGeneral knowledge of sport and recreational industry is advantageousPrevious experience working in a fast paced environmentAbility to multi-task with precisionReception/Administration experience essentialBarista/ Cafe experience (desirableIntermediate skills Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to quickly learn about the precinct and the classes we have on offerFlexibility in working across a 7-day roster which involves mornings, afternoons, nights and weekendsFull Australian work rightsNSW Working with Children CheckThe Perks
