**The Role**

Your role as Credit and Accounts Receivable Manager will supervise the Credit and AR functions whilst reporting in to a talented Financial Controller. Your role will include (but not limited to):
Directly manage, mentor and lead a team of 6 staff split locally and overseas across all areas of credit management and AR.
- Prepare and present regular reports on receivables performance to senior management
- Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvements
- On-going process review and implementation
- Involvement in automations and driving systems improvement projects from a Credit and AR perspective
- Managing key relationships with external customers, as well as partnering with internal finance and other internal teams to achieve company objectives

Initially your role as Credit and AR Manager will be to understand everything from the ground up. Your role will quickly evolve to become a key member of the senior finance team, with a 75% focus on management, oversight, mentoring, projects and business partnering.

**Your Background**

In order to be considered for this Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager role, you will meet the following selection criteria:

- Have directly managed a team previously
- Experience across credit control and accounts receivable is a pre-requisite
- Have a commercial head on your shoulders and be able to work in a dynamic environment
- IT literate having worked on implementing changes, automations and/or process improvement projects
- Ability to 'roll up your sleeves' when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong reporting skills and interpretation of data to explain results
