Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Credit and AR Manager.

The Role

As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee the Credit and Accounts Receivable functions, reporting directly to a talented Financial Controller.

  • Directly manage, mentor and lead a team of 6 staff across all areas of credit management and AR.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on receivables performance to senior management.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvements.
  • On-going process review and implementation.
  • Involvement in automations and driving systems improvement projects from a Credit and AR perspective.
  • Manage key relationships with external customers, as well as partner with internal finance and other internal teams to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Prior experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of credit control and accounts receivable processes.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literacy and strong reporting skills.
