As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced AR Officer to take charge of accounts management, customer service, and supporting Accounts Payable on an ad hoc basis.

About the Role
  • Manage accounts receivable, ledgers, and invoices with precision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers.
  • Support Accounts Payable in various tasks as needed.
  • Process payments efficiently and allocate them correctly.
  • Offer administrative support to the Senior Financial Accountant.
About You
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Be proficient in XERO or MYOB software.
  • Possess strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Display flexibility, organization, and initiative to improve practices.
  • Be IT savvy and enjoy working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work autonomously and approach activities with enthusiasm.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive relationships.

  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated and proactive.
