Sunshine Coast Airport is expanding with the Coast Not only is Sunshine Coast Airport Australia's first carbon neutral airport, it is also invested in achieving a sustainable future throughout our exciting expansion projects, following the completion of our Runway expansion which will position this region on the world stage in the near future. With an upcoming potential of 16 destinations across 4 states, it's no wonder Sunshine Coast Airport is going to be one of the most domestically serviced airports in QLD.

These are part-time, fixed-term contract positions to commence as soon as possible.

Our Project Facilitation Coordinators will ideall have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

- Customer experience and stakeholder management including investigating and responding to customer enquiries, complaints and needs; documenting and reporting on statistics related to customer enquires; ensuring safety and security of high-traffic areas in a regulated environment; and liaising with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring contracted services KPIs and performance and working together to achieve goals as one team.
- Data integrity and input.
- Service delivery and continuous operational improvement.

Our Project Facilitation Coordinators will ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

- Essential _
- Experience in stakeholder management and service delivery
- Experience in administering compliance requirements in a regulatory environment
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written and able to adapt style to suit audience
- Ability to take control, accept responsibility and operate calmly in high pressure situations
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and a desire to achieve success
- Excellent organisational, time, task, and priority management

- Aviation (Terminal or Airport Operations) qualifications
- Experience in an airport and/or airline operational or facility management environment
- Qualifications in Management, Facility Management, Tourism or similar
- Knowlege of Airport, Airline, Civil Aviation Safety and Aviation Security Regulations
- Knowledge of legislation which is applicable to airports eg. Environmental, Work Health and Safety
