**THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity for a Bids and Tender Coordinator to join a leading Waste Management company committed to resource recovery, 100% recyclables and circular economies. This rewarding position is responsible for the management, coordination and execution of all documentation to ensure process and compliance has been met. You will be responsible for:

- Managing the bid and tender submission process at a national level
- Screening and selecting, managing bid and tender writing
- Ensuring tenders are submitted efficiently and effectivley
- Lisiasing with key stakeholders, ie. CEO and Executive Team, Finance, etc.
- Reporting and presentations
- Identifying opportunities for growth

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in a bid coordination role or similar position
- Experience working within an industrial, government, construction or commecial sect
- Excellent Micorsoft office skills and experience using CRM, Customer Relationship Management Systems or Salesforce CRM would be preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the waste management industry and sustainability practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
