**About the role**

The primary purpose of the Bid Coordinator is to support the Pre-Contracts Manager in providing a sustainable pipeline of work for the major projects business unit.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, expression of interest, registration of interests
- Setup and manage internal kick-off, strategy and regular bid team meetings
- In conjunction with bid managers, analyse & review RFP documents to ensure requirements are clearly understood and organise and manage bid program and writing plans
- Manage the bid Sharepoint site including access and documentation
- Coordinate and plan client presentations
- Establish and maintain tender & general correspondence
- Assist Bid Mangers and Pre Contracts Manager complete ad hoc tasks as required

**About you**
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role with infrastructure, construction, engineering experience an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- MS Office, & PowerPoint at intermediate to advanced level is essential, Visio and Adobe Indesign is desirable
- Strong communication skills, influencing skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure
- Ability to work independently, but also part of a broader team. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with large Government Tenders
