****About the opportunity**An opportunity to join a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team providing support to consumers experiencing mental illness, their families and referring agencies.

We are passionate about providing an accessible high-quality service to the rapid growing, diverse community we serve.
* Full Time – Permanent Role.
* Provide quality and high-level mental health assessments, formulations and recommendations for clients that have been referred.
* Offer consultation to referring teams and recommend appropriate service linkages.
* Attend regular multidisciplinary clinical reviews to discuss referrals escalate challenging situations as appropriate.
**Additional expectation about the role:*** Possess critical skills set in providing assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state and confidence in putting relapse management plans and safely managing a deteriorating consumer.
* Provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers in times of need.
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to advocate for clients as and when required.
* Be available to offer clinical supervision to junior staff members when required.
* Possess exceptional judgement skills which will support the prioritization of referrals.
