About the opportunity
An opportunity to join a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team providing recovery-focused care to consumers experiencing mental illness at the Wyndham Clinic, Hoppers Crossing. We are a welcoming, friendly and highly skilled team committed to delivering accessible, high-quality service to our diverse community.
Responsibilities
Provide Case Management support to clients aged 16-65 years
Provide quality mental health and discipline-specific, client-centered assessment and treatment that is evidence-based
Work within a multidisciplinary team and lived experience workforce
Opportunities for extended hours shifts on Tuesdays and Saturdays and alternating Thursdays
Qualifications
Qualifications as RPN3, OT 2, SW 2, or P 2
A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist and eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and referral pathways for clients requiring short- and long-term support
Consumer recovery-focused care with carers/families
Knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and relevant legislation
