In this role you will have the chance to represent Neta Care in an administrative capacity in our amazing Brookwater office location. Offering support to your direct manager and interacting with Clients and Stakeholders, you will be embodying our company values and impacting individuals for a better future.
**Description**:
We're on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Client Services Administrator to work collaboratively with their team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. As part of this administrative role, you'll get to work with amazing professionals, build rewarding relationships, and provide life-changing support.
Main
**Responsibilities**:
Respond to enquiries and follow ups
Manage client referrals and referral pathways
Provide all enquirers with appropriate information about Neta Care services
Highlight and interpret funding for reference by stakeholders
Create client profiles in client management system
Monitor progress of referral onboarding
Build and enhance Neta Care's reputation in all contact with referrals, clients and other stakeholders
Other relevant tasks as directed
**Skills and Experiences**:
Proven success in an administration position
Experience with NDIS, Aged Care or other agency funding desirable
Experience or understanding of health care industry and disability support
Experience handling confidential information, specifically healthcare information
**Verbal communication**: Friendly, professional phone and in-person communication
**Time management**: Ability to prioritise competing deadlines
